I prefer to discuss objective metrics when evaluating tokens Just a comment on $VVV: The “majority of cashflow” resulted in only 0.31% supply or ~250k $VVV that in current prices is … 3,400,000 USD only. It’s a token holder return from $100m ARR & 1.57B FDV company $YB with $47m FDV and without any fancy “private AI narrative” distributed >$4m to holders.

Idea of shorting $VVV by @nikshepsvn was brilliant. Great to see that huge multipliers (>500x) are actually work for shoring. Note: price was going down even before the broader market correction.

In 2026 it makes no sense to invest in tokens without solid & tangible cashflows $VVV staking is funded from emissions, not real revenue. Staking is just a dilution protection Genuine value accrual sits only in buybacks: 0.31% burnt so far (including only what was bought back )

Tokens are exotic assets with multiple functions, synergetically interacting with each other. For example, your $VVV (venice.ai) token has a clear value-capturing pathway. I hope the teams will now have a chance to build economics and protective walls.

@jesseproudman @KSimback @AskVenice $VVV price growth followed fundamentals. Eff. MCap (the value of all staked $VVV) -> is highly correlated with token holder revenue growth. According to our calculations, @AskVenice annualized $VVV holder revenue is ~$110M. https://t.co/wDH2F976VA

@dcfgod Buybacks in $VVV are tiny vs. emissions Derive as well. The "Buyback" is very generic word. The details matter much more than just fact of "buyback".

Compute for $VVV stakers is valuable but it is so-called in-kind leg - provided as compute ; anyone could make valuation of it in usd/day for 1 $VVV staked? $DIEM minting requires 531 vvv staked now and provides $365 per year of compute to its holder, so it is $0.68 per $VVV per year or ~18x P/FCF Staking yield originates from emission Buybacks are tiny

How do you think, if buybacks are much lower than emissions over period (in $VVV it's true for any period of time), could those buybacks be ever considered as a holders' revenue? Since buyback revenue (by my definition) is growing share in supply for owner's stake due to supply decrement -> and here we don't have any decrement really.

@botblastcap Open Router equity earns $140m ARR $VVV token doesn't earn $100m ARR, it is revenue of the company.

@ErikVoorhees @mzeller Expecting more flows to $VVV holders! If equity didn’t get anything yet, where all other funds were going? The difference between what people paid for AI vs. Expense to provide this service vs. Buybacks?
