Good article on $DIEM.
Really long, but just skimming the figures is enough to get the idea and some intuitions. https://t.co/YKr2pak8yz

If you have $DIEM, sell your unused inference on surplus.
I sold out of $600 worth of $DIEM on https://t.co/ivF538pcOT today.
Inference demand is picking up again.

https://t.co/6D1YcYIiD4 continues to gain traction.
Today was another new ATH in payment volume, sellers, and other metrics. We're at payment volume numbers where turning fees on could produce non trivial revenue.
Supply side isn't growing as much as demand - $DIEM credit suppliers are selling out earlier in the day and at decent prices. If you know anyone that wants yield on their $DIEM, send them to https://t.co/6D1YcYIiD4 !
Fable is bringing new payment volume. And it's not entirely cannib

If you have $DIEM try selling inference on https://t.co/ivF538pKEr
Maybe try 30% off (so buyers pay you $0.7 per $1 of your credits used). Up to you.
It's an inference marketplace I've been working on. We have demand now, and need more supply.

I love this idea -
tldr:
wrapped staked $DIEM where yield comes from selling on https://t.co/6D1YcYIQsC, and a few other sources.
Sellers on Surplus Intelligence are on pace to sell out of inference again today, at much higher prices than the 99% discount that attracted too much demand.
@_proxystudio's idea would bring more supply to our market, and make it simple for $DIEM owners to get good yields.

We are the place to get good returns from selling inference credits.
20% APY now for sellers using $DIEM. This yield is driven by demand for inference.
And it's happening at decent size, too.
Over $100k worth of $DIEM from $wstDIEM sold out all API credits at that higher yield. And overall we're clearing all credits from over $2.6M worth of $DIEM at various prices.

The combined economics of Venice and Surplus are so interesting.
@AskVenice has a token, $DIEM, which gives $1/day of Venice API credits.
gray line = total yield = 365 / $DIEM price.
On https://t.co/6D1YcYIQsC, $DIEM holders can resell those credits (i.e. sell their yield to inference buyers).
Sellers choose the discount that they offer to buyers.
Higher discounts mean more of the yield goes to inference buyers, and lower discounts mean more of the yield meterializes for inference sellers (

Another opportunity for someone interested in arbitraging inference markets.
They say they're reselling inference from $DIEM at 15% of Venice price, with a 150 DIEM cap.
That same inference sells for 3x higher, at a median of 45% of Venice's price on https://t.co/nq2fCoOuN3, almost 700 $DIEM clears the market at these higher prices on surplus.
So you can make a carpe diem proxy that buys at their 85% discount and sells on surplus for a 2-3x gain.
Come try it :)

If Surplus were able to raise a 5k $DIEM treasury then sell the credits through our marketplace, that would:
1. solve supply constraints short term
2. solve runway indefinitely
if only, if only...
